SERVICE TERMS

Terms and conditions

A framework for discussions about service engagements, subject to a project-specific written agreement.

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Business draft for review before publication.

Engaging our services

Submitting an enquiry starts a conversation; it does not create a service contract. A project begins when both sides agree to a written proposal or agreement identifying the parties, scope, deliverables and responsibilities.

Quotations, scope and payment

Any quotation should state what is included, assumptions, timing and applicable payment terms. No fixed price, payment schedule or refund arrangement is promised on this page. Those details belong in the project agreement.

Client responsibilities and changes

A project agreement should identify the content, access, approvals and feedback the client will provide. Requests outside the agreed scope should be reviewed together for effects on cost and timing before work changes.

Delivery, acceptance and ownership

The written agreement should define review stages, acceptance, handover and the ownership or licence of project materials, software and third-party services. The website does not grant rights to deliverables by itself.

Support, cancellation and disputes

Support and maintenance need an agreed scope and duration. Cancellation, outstanding work and a process for resolving disagreements should also be documented in the project agreement before work begins.
